ENTERPRISE Car Rental at Frankfurt Airport

Every year Frankfurt am Main Airport, Germany's biggest and busiest airport, handles around 60 million passengers. The airport's two terminals both offer car rental to arriving passengers. There's a Car Rental Center (Mietwagenzentrum) at one of the arrivals areas, namely at the Airport City Mall in Hall A. Enterprise Frankfurt Airport has rental counters in the arrivals areas of both terminals. They are open from 06.00 to 23.00 every day of the week. At Terminal 2 the Enterprise counter is in the arrivals area on the right-hand side. Reservations can be made in advance online using the form above.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car also have a rental station at 60326 Frankfurt Gallus, at Mainzer Landstrasse 292 and at 60598 Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, at Mailänderstrasse 1. Enterprise is one of several companies offering car hire at Frankfurt Airport.

Optional extras customers can choose from the above websites include additional drivers, which are charged at 10.00 euros per person per day, and 24-hour roadside assistance. The latter includes a refueling service (up to 5 liters) and jump-start assistance, when batteries are flat. It's also possible to add extra insurance cover which reduces liability down to ZERO for vehicles that have up to 9 seats, and down to 100.00 euros for transporters. Satellite navigation systems and child seats are also available for hire.

Payment methods accepted are credit cards issued by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or VPay and Maestro debit cards. Customers renting a minibus with 7 or 9 seats, or a large or premium SUV or luxury class vehicle must pay by credit card and must be at least 25-years-old. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted. All renters must, in addition to the rental costs, leave a deposit of 250.00 euros.

Returning your Enterprise Frankfurt Airport vehicle couldn't be easier. Simply follow signage, when you come off the motorway. Signs will direct you to the relevant parking areas at the terminals. Enterprise has parking areas at both terminals. At Terminal 1 customers should return their vehicle to line 408 and use the drop box provided for keys and rental agreement. At Terminal 2 they should park their Enterprise vehicle at line 118 and use the drop box. The parking areas are linked via covered walkways to the departure areas and check-in.

The Enterprise Frankfurt Airport fleet offers a wide range of vehicles for every occasion. There are small, compact cars like the Toyota Aygo, Opel Corsa, VW Golf or VW Passat, or family cars like the Ford Focus station wagon. There are vehicles from the BMW 1 and 3 Series, and the Nissan Qashqai and Ford Kuga in the basic SUV/4x4 categories. Premium and luxury SUV's and 4 x 4's include the Mercedes GLE and Volvo XC60. For small groups of travelers there are also vehicles like the 7-seater Ford Galaxy or premium minivan Mercedes V Class and 9-seater minivan, the Ford Tourneo.

Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a car from Enterprise Frankfurt Airport. For some full-size and premium vehicles drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
